At ELC Roofing we offer a few different options when it comes to Torch on Felt flat roofs.
We offer three Torch on Felt products with different guarantees periods to suit your requirements, these are 10 years, 15 years and 18 years with all the Felt being made by IKO and Soprema .
IKO and Soprema’s range of torch-applied systems is second to none. Torch-on membranes have an underside which has been pre-treated with a covering of thermofusible bitumen. This covering is then heated with a propane gas torch and the membrane is applied to the surface of the roof while the bitumen is still hot.

Option 3 – Features and Benefits

- Fire retardant coating as standard – EXT.F.AA Rated
- 5kg per m² – the most robust in its class
- Faster torching – rapid flow SBS modified bitumen
- Enhanced torching – rapid melt sacrificial backing and selvedge films
- Excellent puncture resistance against trafficking during work operations
- High level of tensile strength, elongation and tear resistance
- Remains flexible at temperatures lower than -10°C
